Meet Tiffany

Tiffany has lived in Western NC for over 15 years.   She holds a bachelors degree from Clemson University in Biology and a Masters in Environmental Toxicology. After four years in research at Chapel Hill, she decided to pursue a career in nursing and received her Masters in Nursing from Vanderbilt University.   After graduating, she and her husband, Dr. Jordan Councill moved to the NC mountains where he is originally from.  She enjoys gardening, reading, sewing and baking in her spare time. They attend Grace Lutheran Church in Hendersonville. The whole family is involved in taekwondo at Sun Soo Martial Arts in East Asheville.
